When will the conference take place? Where is it located?

Reuters Events: Pharma USA 2022 will take on March 16-17 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, 1101 Arch St, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Please enter the convention center via the Arch Street Entrance, opposite Trader Joe’s at 1324 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

Please visit the registration page for deadlines, rates, descriptions and other registration information. 

When registering, there are two options to complete the process.

  • Pay Later: Invoice: Buy now and pay later by asking for an invoice at the checkout and if you can’t make it there is free cancelation of your booking before February 18. If you own a discount code, you’ll be able to use this during the registration process.
  • Pay Now: Credit card: Just go through the registration process by hitting the button above. If you own a discount code, you’ll be able to use this during the registration process.

Am I eligible for a corporate rate?

If you’re from one of the top 50 pharma companies or have a speaker from your company, there is a strong chance your company has a corporate rate with us. Contact Matt Atkinson at matt.atkinson@thomsonreuters.com to find out if you do.

Are there group discounts available?

We are able to offer discounts for groups of 2 or more. To find out more, email matt.atkinson@thomsonreuters.com

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

Please visit the Reuters Events: Pharma USA 2022 Plan Your Trip page for information. Attention: To receive the Reuters Events: Pharma discount at any of the recommended hotels, you MUST use the links provided in your conference confirmation email.

I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly. Is the conference schedule available?

Registration opens on March 16 (Day 1) at 7:30am, with the event beginning at 9am. We will release the full timed agenda in early February.

How can I reserve exhibitor space in the exhibit hall?

How can my organization become a conference sponsor?

What accessibility provisions will be available at the event?

Reuters Events has an ongoing commitment to improving the accessibility of our events. Please contact Matt on  matt.atkinson@thomsonreuters.com  as soon as possible to ensure we can accommodate any requirements, including dietary restrictions and preferences. Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

Reuters Events: Pharma is unable to assist with travel. If you’re a patient and interested in attending, you’re able to attend to attend for free. You can apply to attend here

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team - clientservices2@thomsonreuters.com - of this change in writing prior to the event.

Cancellations by attendee/s more than one month prior to the event are fully refundable. If attendee/s cancels their registration less than one month prior to the event, Reuters Events will be obliged to charge the full fee and attendee/s will be issued a future credit note to use on an event within 12 months of the issue date.

What is your COVID policy for the conference?

Reuters Events operates globally with a wide portfolio of events and recognizes the evolving impact on our industry from COVID-19. To ensure we uphold the highest standards of health, safety and security, our first priority will be to ensure our events run in accordance with official government guidance and regulations. Additionally, Reuters Events will be following the four cornerstones of the All Secure Standards: Physical Distancing, Cleaning & Hygiene, Protect & Detect and Communication. These industry-driven guidelines developed by leading industry associations including the AEO, UFI & SISO, offer best practices to support the safe delivery of all types of events across the world. They will underpin the health and safety plans for all events in our portfolio.
