• That some of the smart people still think that if you set out to improve patient health, then business will follow.
• That Daiichi Sankyo has a vision about converting all sales reps to healthcare development managers that deliver solutions to the customers (HCPs).
• That IQVIA has a plan to knock Veeva off the throne as #1 pharma solutions provider.
• That physicians are customers in the pharma business and as all other customers, they want one point of contact. Forget about medical liasons, KAMs, RAMs, SAMs, DSMs, etc.
• That 20% of all Google searches are done by voice!
• That ADA is by far the most interesting thing going on in healthcare these days. Download the app now if you haven’t done so already.
• That AVA – who is developed by the good people from Norgine – is still in the pilot stage, but it is good thinking.
• That other agencies are having the same struggles as Gesundheit: It is so hard to find and hire talented people.
• That what wives most often say about their men on Facebook is: My husband is the best
