How can I register? What are the registration rates?

Am I eligible for a corporate rate?

If you’re from one of the top 30 pharma companies, there is a strong chance your company has a corporate rate with us. Contact Josh Bramwell at jbramwell@eyeforpharma.com to find out if you do.


Are there group discounts available?

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?

Please visit the Plan Your Trip page for information. Attention: To receive the eyeforpharma by Reuters Event discount at any of the recommended hotels, you MUST use the links provided in your conference confirmation email.


I only want to attend one day of the conference, is that possible?

Yes, one-day conference registration is available. Please note that your registration is valid only for sessions and events on that day and badges will be actively checked throughout the conference to ensure that participants have registered properly. What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague or client if you are unable to attend. You must inform the customer services team of this change in writing prior to the event.

You will incur 25% cancellation fee if you cancel one month or more prior to the event. For all cancellations received less than one month prior to the event we will be obliged to charge the full fee.
