Transportation to and from Narita Airport
The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Chinzan-so is located about 60 km from Narita Airport, approximately 90-minute-drive. There are several options for ground transportation to and from the Four Seasons Hotel. Several services can be arranged in advance through our Concierge.

Airport Limousine Bus to the Four Seasons Hotel (direct)
The orange Airport Limousine Bus is a direct transportation service between Narita Airport and the Four Seasons Hotel. The one-way ticket costs JPY3.000 for adults and JPY1.500 for children aged 4 to 11.

Please note that bus tickets are sold only at the counter in the airport arrival lobby and advance reservations cannot be made. Reservations for transportation from the Four Seasons Hotel to Narita Airport may be made through our Concierge.

If the above bus schedule does not coincide with your flight time, please choose one of the following options:

Airport Limousine Bus to Tokyo City Air Terminal (T-CAT)
The orange Airport Limousine Bus leaves Narita Airport for T-CAT about every 10 minutes from 6:55am to 23:00pm. The ticket to T-CAT from the airport costs JPY2.900 for adults and JPY1.450 for children. The ride takes about 55 minutes. You can then take a taxi to the Four Seasons Hotel from T-CAT (approx. 30min, JPY3.000).

Narita Express (Japan Railways)
You can take the Narita Express Train to Tokyo Station to avoid heavy city-traffic. The one-way ticket costs JPY2.940 for the regular car and JPY4.980 for the green car (first class). A taxi from Tokyo Station to the Four Seasons Hotel costs approximately JPY3.000. *Please note that the fare for Narita Express may change during high seasons.

Skyliner (Airport Express) - Skyliner Express is also available from Narita Airport to Ueno station, 56 minuets ride at the cost of JPY1.920. From Ueno station, it takes about 35 minutes to reach our hotel by taxi.

Taxi
Licensed taxis are available outside the airport arrival lobby. The approximate one-way trip to the Four Seasons Hotel costs JPY25.000. Please use the attached taxi instructions for your convenience.

Private Hire-Car
A variety of hire-cars are available and can be requested through our Concierge. Tax, tolls and gratuities are included.

We offer a JPY10.000 discount for Narita round trip bookings.

The fares noted above are for a particular company called Hinomaru Hire Car. In the event we are unable to arrange a car from this company for high season periods, the fares may be subject to change when cars are arranged from other companies.
Also, please provide us with your arrival date, time and flight number to arrange a private hire-car.
A credit card number is required for a guarantee.

The driver will meet you in the airport arrival lobby with a signboard indicating your name.
We wish to inform you that a 24-hour advance notice of cancellation or change is required to avoid a 50 % penalty fee.
