John Haslam's career in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry spans 20 years. John obtained his BSc in Microbiology from University of Toronto and his M.B.A from McMaster. He has worked in positions of increasing responsibility in Sales and Marketing at Bayer Healthcare, Hoffmann La-Roche and Biogen Idec. In 2006, John started up his own company, SBP Launch Specialists assisting companies to launch products into the Canadian market. In 2009, John was appointed President and General Manager of Alexion Pharma Canada where he is currently leading the Canadian operations. Alexion Pharma Canada specializes in products for Rare Diseases of which the lead compound is Soliris used to treat the rare blood disease known as Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria or P.N.H.

Greg brings more than 25 years of pharmaceuticals and health experience including roles in global commercial marketing, global launch leadership, vice president of pharmaceutical strategy, director of marketing and director of specialty business units based in the US and Canada. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of digital marketing strategies for Klick Health Inc. where he worked with many US based pharmaceutical companies helping to optimize digital strategy and patient strategy across their portfolios.

He has successfully managed a range of business challenges including launching a novel HIV compound, Intelence® (etravirne) into the US, Canada, European Union, Russia and Australia. As Global Commercial Leader for Eprex, he successfully managed the compound through the immunogenicity issue regaining global revenue and creating a strong biosimilar defense. As vice president of pharmaceutical strategy, he generated double-digit portfolio revenue growth through a strategic acquisition and product introduction. Greg has successfully developed long term and annual company strategic plans and built and managed many high performance teams working across multiple disease states.

Greg brings to Pangaea expertise in optimizing pharmaceutical commercial digital strategy, effective integration of on-line and off-line strategy including budget / effort allocation, sustainable growth strategy, strategic planning across multiple disease states, portfolio / product launch strategy, biosimilar defense and companion diagnostics experience.
