Places are transferable without any
charge.
Cancellations on or before April 28th, 2006 incur
an administrative charge of 25%.
If you cancel your registration after
April 28th, 2006 we will be obliged to charge you
the full fee.
All credit card registrations are
subject to a 5% administration fee.

- you must notify eyeforpharma in writing to pcarkeek@eyeforpharma.com
of a cancellation, or we will be obliged to charge
you the full fee.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the programme without
notice.
All prices
displayed are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, where
applicable, and the relevant details will appear on
the invoice.

only be accepted if there is no material error in
