Session one will focus on developments in patient communications and relationship marketing. David Boothe (Shire HGT) will provide insight on designing a pan-European patient adherence programme: ‘Living with Fabry today’ from early development right through to implementation. A panel session on the role of the pharmacy will also highlight innovative pharmacy-based approaches to address patient adherence challenges.
Session three will concentrate on different approaches to addressing the problem of patient non-compliance. Nicola Ward (AAH Pharmaceuticals) will lead a roundtable discussion on a unified approach to implementing patient support programmes by therapeutic area. Hear also from Dr. Olivier Bugnon (School of Pharmacy Geneva-Lausanne) on the benefits of a strong partnership between pharma, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and academic researchers.
Session four will provide insights on the importance of stakeholder relationship management. Learn how to incorporate the interests of all key stakeholders when developing a forward-thinking strategy. Marnix Artz (Pfizer) and Michael Rutgers (Dutch Asthma Foundation) will give expert tips on how to establish win-win collaborative relationships between pharma and patient groups. Rebecca Joslin (Novartis) will also present on working closely with the caregiver to provide support and added value to your brand.
