Previously Herman worked in the following companies: Marketing Director for Veropharm (Russia), Sales Director for Russia with Pasteur Merieux Connaught (later Sanofi-Aventis), Product Manager and Marketing Manager for Russia with SmithKline Beecham (later GlaxoSmithKline), and Strategic Marketing Counselor with Centrelink (Sydney, Australia). He has worked at HQs of pharmaceutical companies in London and Philadelphia as well as has been Marketing Consultant for Russian pharmaceutical businesses and Australian companies.

He received his marketing diplomas at Moscow Humanitarian University, Cambridge Marketing College (Great Britain) and Chartered Institute of Marketing (London, Great Britain). In 1999-2002 he went to Australia to work and get his MBA at Australian Business School (Sydney).

In October 2005 Herman Inozemtsev published a new successful book on topic of marketing planning “Marketing Thinking – Product Planning” (bilingual Russian|English, Moscow, Litterra Publishers).  Since January 2007 he teaches master-classes at State University High School of Economy and Pharmaceutical Marketing School. His book is official teaching aid.

Although he has neither medical nor pharmaceutical education, Herman Inozemtsev has managed to become one of the Opinion Leaders of Russian pharmaceutical businesses. He takes an active part in the largest international business forums (e. g. Adam Smith’s, Marcus Evans, Fleming Group, Infor-Media, Expert etc.). He is also co-chairman of the leading Russian pharmaceutical marketing association – RAFM.

Andrey Belashev,

Mr. Belashov is a graduate of Moscow Medical Academy n.a. I.M. Sechenov, besides he got residency training and finished the postgraduate school of medical education.

Mr. Belashov is engaged in the pharmaceutical business since 1991. Having started as a medical representative he made his career step by step.

He worked in several companies, including Pfizer at the position of National Sales Manager since 1994 till 2000.

For the last five years he has been working in Valenta Pharmaceuticals (Otechestvennye Lekarstva till April 2008) at the position of Business development Director. Before that he was the General Manager of the trading house Avanta and the Head of the Unifarm Representation Office in Russia.

Andrey Belashov is the recognized expert in the sphere of remedies promotion. More over he is the prize-winner of various professional contests.

At the Awarding Ceremony of Marketing Directors, organized by the Adam Smith Institute in October 2008, Mr. Belashov won two nominations at once: the Best Marketing Director of the Year and For Outstanding Contribution to Marketing Sphere in Russia.

Since the education at the Faculty of Scientific Staff of Moscow Medical Academy n.a. I.M.Sechenov has been finished and just after graduation studies Maxim is started his work in the currently leading market research company COMCON-Pharma as project manager of the syndicate regular surveys MEDI-Qtm «Doctor’s opinion» (1999) and Prindextm «Drugs prescription monitoring» (2001). In 2005 Maxim has been invited to the position of Business Support Department manager into Sanofi aventis Russia. The main goal of that work was managing of different services, supported marketing and sales departments: market research, SF trainings, SFE, ETMS and International Congresses KOLs participation support. Then Maxim is keen his interests at SFE tasks and during 2007 and 2008 years has been working for first-rate Russian company Pharmstandart. Last October Maxim’s author’s seminar “SFE. Approaches to the implementation of drug promotion methods optimization or “to be in time in right place” was presented in the bounds of works of Pharmaceutical Marketing School. As a member of Coordinating Council of Russian Association of Pharmaceutical Marketing (RAFM) Maxim organized the following round tables of RAFM in 2007-2008: “SF quality of works assessment or how to fraud a CRM system”, “Information flows integration: from simple analysis to BI creation”, “Ways of pharmaceutical market segments development: Field Force”. Currently Maxim is working for Les Laboratoires Servier as Field Activity Manager and leading the group of SF activity and sales analysis with coordination tasks for Medical Representatives Department in the Company. Close to 10 year’s experience of Maxim works on Russian pharmaceutical market allows to him to know approaches of SF (with SF) methods of works and their activity analysis based on external as well as internal data.

Mirolyubova Olga was born in 1972. In 1995, she graduated from Moscow Medical Academy as a pharmacist. For 7 years Olga worked in KRKA where she started her career as a medical representative and rose to senior brand manager. She had contributed in OTC brands development such as Pikovit, Duovit, Septolete. In 2005 she joined Sanofi-Aventis as a senior group product manager. Since 2008 Mrs. Mirolyubova works as Marketing Director in Europlant Company.

In 1992 Olga Mikhaylova had graduated the therapeutic faculty of Altay State Medical University with distinction. After she graduated the institute she continued the education in the clinical residancy and specialization in clinical pharmacology was obtained. She worked in the department of clinical pharmacology of Altay State Medical University. Since 1998 Olga has experience on the pharmaceutical market of Russia. She worked in the company KRKA, after starting from a medical representative, further as a product manager, the Head of Rx and clinical trials department and then on the position of the Head of Sales and Marketing for Rx. Since 2007 she has worked in Teva, at present on the position of the Business Unit Director.

Dmitriy Sovetkin graduated from Ural State Medical Academy in 1990 and started to work as an anaesthetist in Yekaterinburg Diagnostic Center, in 1994 he became the head of the anaesthetist department. Dmitry started his work in pharmaceutical field in 1998 at first as a MR of Berlin-Chemie. Very soon he was promoted to become Regional Manager; at this position Dmitriy was responsible of company sales in the Ural Region. From 2003 up to the previous year Dmitriy worked for Merz Pharma in a range of positions – as an OTC Manager, Head of pharmaceutical Department, Marketing and Business Development Manager. In April 2008 Dmitriy was appointed to be a Sales and Marketing Manager in Solvay Pharma.
