Len Starnes
heads e-business for the European marketing organization of Schering Germany. In addition
to his responsibilities in e-business, Len additionally sits on core central teams
driving customer relationship management and pan-European patient relationship management
programmes. His current focus is the development of risk stratification processes
and multi-channel integration infrastructure to support
therapy-specific patient compliance initiatives. Len’s geographical remit covers
26 countries.
Prior to joining Schering, Len was located in Paris where he headed corporate communications
for the Raychem Corporation responsible for the energy, process and electronics industries.
He has also held executive positions with the public affairs department of the Association
of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) - and in another life, has a long track
record as a London-based science and technology journalist, editor, author and publisher.
He holds degrees in business administration, solid-state physics, and physics from
Boston University, Manchester University and University College London, respectively. |
