We have negotiated a large discount for you to stay in the hotel while the event is taking place. The charge will be €180+VAT per night. When you have registered for the event, you will be sent information to book your stay.

Transport Links:

The extensive Madrid Metro system is just a few minutes walk away, with access to Line 9 via the "Herrera Oria" station. If you are arriving by train (Renfe), the nearest station is the Renfe station "Chamartín" which is also located very close to the Hotel by taxi.

Both Madrid's Exhibition Centre, IFEMA, and Barajas Airport are just a short taxi ride away from the Hotel. Mirasierra Suites Hotel offers, during the day, a free shuttle bus that connects these three points (Hotel -IFEMA -Airport) in the route.

The Mirasierra Suites Hotel offers a free round trip shuttle service from the Hotel to Madrid-Barajas International Airport, and vice versa, which operates as follows:

From Monday to Sunday, 7am to 11pm,
Hotel departures on the hour.

Last departure at 10pm.
Pick-up at the Airport on the half hour. Last pick-up at 10.30pm.
