Greg is the Director of Finance for the US Oncology Business Franchise of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation with key responsibilities of financial planning and analysis, resource allocation and profitability management. He has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry covering development, manufacturing and commercial sides of the business in US, global and international roles.
While on international assignment in Basel, Switzerland, Greg was team leader of a global project that designed and implemented an 18 month Rolling Forecast process and a best practice Sales and Operations Planning process across the Pharmaceutical Division of Novartis AG.
Greg holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Peter Edinburg ran his first Monte Carlo simulation in 1983 while at DuPont. He taught himself forecasting in the 80's using the textbook by Wheelwright and Makridakis and that knowledge got him a job at Wyeth. When he joined Wyeth there was no strategic forecasting. Peter's career grew as the need for strategic forecasting grew and he led the US Strategic Forecasting group. He is now Director of Portfolio Development at Eurand Pharmaceuticals, a small specialty pharma company. There he does the job of four Wyeth professionals - keeper of Secondary Data, forecasting, pricing and financial analysis. Today's talk has some unique views of the forecasting of chronic medications.

Judith Kulich is an Associate Principal in ZS Associates' San Francisco office. She specializes in forecasting and portfolio management and serves as the head of ZS's forecasting practice area. In this role, she is responsible for continuing to advance ZS's forecasting offerings as well as leading consulting work with clients across the biopharmaceutical industry. Judith has worked in the industry for 11 years, with experience in sales strategy, market research, compensation and geographic deployment. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at Berkeley.

Dr. Rosenblatt is a former Professor of Marketing, Associate Dean and Director of the MBA and Executive Development Programs at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University. He is a former Professor of Marketing and graduate of McGill University, one of Canada's leading academic institutions. From 2002 until 2008, Dr. Rosenblatt was the Global Practice Leader, Forecasting and Opportunity Assessment practice, for IMS Consulting, providing leadership to more than 30 professional consultants around the world. Dr. Rosenblatt was the co-founder of the leading marketing development organization in North America, that has provided marketing and forecasting training to over 9,000 clients worldwide (Rosenblatt Klauber Group). Dr. Rosenblatt has provided consulting services to every top 20 global pharmaceutical company on strategic marketing planning, forecasting and marketing assessments. He has spent the last 25 years consulting with pharmaceutical companies in the application of quantitative methods to solve marketing/commercial challenges.
Dr. Rosenblatt has authored numerous publications in the field of pharmaceutical marketing and marketing science, including articles in the Academy of Marketing Science, the American Marketing Association and the Journal of Pharmaceutical Marketing & Management. Jerry's doctoral dissertation was awarded the First Prize Award at the Annual Dissertation Competition of the Academy of Marketing Science in Anaheim California (May 1986).

Professor Thomas Foster leads the overall Life Sciences strategy practice with a focus on providing financial opinions, strategic and financial consulting and transaction support services.
Prior to Foster Rosenblatt, Professor Foster was a Vice President in charge of IMS Management Consulting where he was a leader for the company's global consulting practice for seven years. In this position, Prof. Foster oversaw significant portions of IMS's 1000 person $400 million global consulting practice providing services in strategic marketing, new product planning, licensing, lifecycle planning and market research. Over the past 15 years, Prof Foster has supported over 120 brands with strategy support, and as an industry practitioner has guided the commercial input into over 100 clinical programs. Prof. Foster's primary focus has been in the areas of oncology, cardiovascular & metabolic, women's health and neuroscience therapeutic areas.
Previous to IMS, Prof. Foster was Senior Vice President for Cambridge Pharmaceutical Consultancy's Commercial Strategy practice. Prior to Cambridge, Prof. Foster was practice leader for PAREXEL International's Benchmarking & Performance Management group, and he served as Chief Operating Officer for Helix Research.
He is a frequent author and speaker on various commercial and R&D life science issues, and has contributed to articles appearing in The Economist, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Time, and other publications. Prof. Foster is a Scholar at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) participating in the institution's think tank - The Center for Biomedical Innovation.

Leslie has been a member of Trinity's consulting group since 2001, specializing in commercial strategy and market analysis. She has particular strengths in conceptualizing and quantifying complex biopharmaceutical markets, and her skills include out-of-the-box identification of novel business opportunities for her life sciences clients. Leslie has completed assessments of hundreds of opportunities and has expertise in various evaluation tools and frameworks for asset valuation.
