Senior Business Leader, Canada
Steve is a seasoned executive and successful entrepreneur and is currently a member of the senior leadership team at Facebook Canada. With a track record of success in the digital and social media marketing industry, he now manages a team at Facebook focused on building trusted advisor relationships with C-level decision makers at some of Canada's largest brands and agencies.
Prior to joining Facebook, Steve was a co-founder and CEO of 80/20 Solutions, an innovative web-based marketing software company that helped industry-leading brands and agencies build more profitable and loyal consumer relationships through multi-channel 1:1 marketing automation, dynamic campaign management and real-time performance measurement.
Steve was formerly a senior strategic advisor on technology, new media and social marketing to the managing director of IMG, the world's largest entertainment, sports and media company. Steve was also the CEO of Motion Media Interactive, where he worked with large strategic accounts such as Microsoft, Sprint and Sun Media. Steve started his career in the financial sector as a technology analyst and was one of the early champions of the cloud computing model.
Steve is an academic all-Canadian graduate from York University in Toronto.

Gary has been fortunate to have worked in general management, sales leadership and business development for Canada's leading media companies, including Rogers Communications, The Globe and Mail, CTV and Cineplex Entertainment.
During his media career Gary has been responsible for developing innovative advertising programs to deliver value to advertisers and marketers across numerous industries including packaged goods, financial, automotive, technology and retail. Some of the most significant achievements of Gary's career include his involvement in the launch of PointCast Canada, Globefund.com and Globeinvestor.com, plus the redevelopment of high profile properties including the Rogers Radio news sites such as 680news.com, and more recently Cineplex.com.
In 2000 Gary was elected as President of the Interactive Advertising Bureau Canada and served on the Board of Directors for several years. Most recently he has been a member of the IAB Emerging Platforms Council.
Gary is an Honours BA (Urban Geography) graduate of the University of Western Ontario and completed the Canadian Association of Advertising Professionals diploma in 1992.

Jerry is well known for his leadership, vision, and guidance in the delivery of Information Systems, Solutions and Services that maximize business value.
He joined GSK in 1991 and throughout most of his 20-years with the company has been an IT Director with experience supporting a broad range of business units including R&D, Manufacturing, Consumer Healthcare and Sales & Marketing. Notable among his accomplishments are leading the world's first implementation of the Siebel Pharma Customer Relationship Management system and growing Canada's eForms workflow into a global capability in 50-plus countries.
Prior to joining GSK, Jerry consulted in systems development for both PepsiCo and Laidlaw.

Fabien earned his doctorate of pharmacy from Paris Sud 11 University's Faculty of Pharmacy in France. Fabien also holds a master's degree in drug development and international registration. Fabien's experience in both industrial and hospital pharmacy settings was gained in France, the USA and Canada. He joined AstraZeneca's medical department in 2009 and is now the manager of an innovative Medical Information project.

Elena has been in her current position within the Health Care Customer Directorate since its inception in 2006. PfizerÕs Health Care Customer Directorate has been created to help the organization better understand the needs, environment and realities of Canadian healthcare professionals. Its mandate is to identify insights and trends relevant to Health Care Professionals; and to develop strategic partnerships that will improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Rishi's leadership and creativity, focused on providing relevant information to employees in a timely manner, have enabled GSK employees to do their jobs more effectively. His notable successes include managing GSK Canada's adoption of Microsoft Online Services including Exchange, SharePoint, Office Communications, Office Live Meeting and the Deskless Worker Suite, the deployment of Documentum for web content management, the development of role-based features for the company's Intranet, the successful pilot roll-out of a role-based portal to Global R&D, and the launch of the New Employee portlet to defined audiences in both the United States and the United Kingdom.
He joined GSK in 2001 and is well recognized for implementing innovative technology solutions for the benefit of GSK in Canada and around the world. Prior to joining GSK, Rishi worked for Nortel Networks and Whitbread's, United Kingdom. He has a Master's Degree in Advanced Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire, United Kingdom.

She holds a certification in Canadian Regulatory Affairs by the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society and has participated in several Health Canada/industry working groups throughout her career. She currently holds the position of Manager Regulatory Operations, Policy and Intelligence with sanofi-aventis Canada Inc.

He prefers sitting on the horizion figuring out what to do next, rather than sitting at the boardroom table deciding what to call it.
Eric currently works for Novartis. Most of what Eric says usually comes from within and probably doesn't reflect the views and opinions of his employer.

Ray is the Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the autonomous Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board and is responsible for operations and the administration of the preclearance review mechanism. He has held management positions in community, hospital and government pharmacy and served on the Ontario College of Pharmacists Council, chairing five committees. Ray achieved a Pharmacy degree from the University of Toronto, a Master in International Business (Marketing) degree from the University of South Carolina and a Medical Marketing Certicate from UCLA. He is a Certified Association Executive by the Canadian Society of Association Executives. He has received a United Nations medal for peacekeeping which led to the Nobel Peace Prize in 1996 for all U.N. peacekeepers. He was inducted into the Canadian Healthcare Marketing Hall of Fame in 2009.

Linda J. Nagel joined Advertising Standards Canada, Canada's national advertising industry self-regulatory body, as President and Chief Executive Officer in 1994. Nagel, who holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston University, and a Master of Science in Administration with a specialization in health care administration and planning from Case Western Reserve University, has extensive organization management, government relations, marketing, and public and regulatory affairs experience in both the US and in Canada. Prior to coming to Canada, Nagel spent ten years in senior roles in US national voluntary medical and health organizations.
Nagel is the current Chair of the International Council of the European Advertising Standards Alliance.
